2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our webshop and to the use of our website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Eligibility

By using this webshop, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including texts, designs, images, logos, software code) is the property of Studio Sterck or licensed third parties. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of this website without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. User Content

By submitting content (ideas, images, reviews, suggestions), you grant Studio Sterck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, publish and display such content in connection with our services and marketing. Ownership remains yours.

6. Products and Prices

  • All prices are listed in euros (€), including applicable VAT.

  • Shipping costs are added during checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are not affected.

  • Obvious errors (typographical or display mistakes) are not binding.

7. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery takes place at the address provided during checkout.

  • Exact Delivery time may vary per design object and will be communicated before Payment.

  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g., strikes, customs delays, force majeure) do not give rise to compensation claims.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email is sufficient).

  • Exclusions: custom-made products

  • Customers bear the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • Returns within the EU follow the withdrawal rules above.

  • Returns outside the EU: customer bears all costs (shipping, import duties, taxes).

11. Warranty

  • EU consumers enjoy a 2-year legal warranty on goods purchased.

  • Warranty covers non-conformity defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

12. Promotional Codes and Gift Cards

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order.

  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards have no expiry date and remaining balances can be used for future purchases.

13. Liability

  • Studio Sterck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, missed opportunities, etc.).

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

B2B Note: For business transactions, Studio Sterck excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order.

14. Privacy and Cookies

15. Security

All transactions are protected via SSL encryption. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • For B2B contracts, disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Brussels
